Federal Motor Carrier 
Safety Administration
(FMCSA)
  • Your vehicle has a gross vehicle has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or Gross Combination Weight Rating (GCWR) of 26,001+ pounds
  • You’re transporting at least 16 passengers
  • You’re transporting hazardous materials and require placarding
