Specimen Collectors - Part Time, On-Call (contractor)
Trust In Us, LLC, Drug, Alcohol and DNA Testing currently has openings for independent professionals to provide urine specimen collection services, blood draws, and breath alcohol testing in our Anoka and St. Paul clinics as well as at our client locations.
Responsibilities include:
urine specimen collection
hair test collection
blood draws
breath alcohol testing
faxing, mailing, filing and copying
Requirements:
Medically trained and experienced in one of the following fields; Phlebotomy, MLT, CMA, LPN, MT, EMT, or RN.
Minimum 2 years of previous relevant experience.
Must provide own vehicle, insurance, cell phone and excellent driving record.
Must be dependable and available on-call 24/7.
DOT and BAT certification (training provided by Trust In us).
Pay rate is based upon number of tests collected and may range from $15 - $50 per test, plus mileage reimbursement. Qualified applicants should submit their resume to: vramirez@tiullc.com or fax to 651-646-9596.
